I took a whole wheat wrap, slathered it with fresh peanut butter/almond butter or your nut butter of choice and then put a whole banana in it…then threw it on my panini grill to warm it up….and OOOOOOOOO it was so satisfying and delicious! So I hope you have the same feeling I did when I bit into it!
- 1 10 inch whole wheat wrap
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or your nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp vegan butter
- 1 banana
Take your whole wheat wrap and spread the peanut butter onto it staying about a good 1-1.5 inches away from the sides. Then place the banana in the center and fold the bottom of the wrap up, then fold in one side, then fold in the other side and then roll the wrap forward. Take your butter and spread it onto your panini grill and grill for about 1-2 minutes. Until it is just warm. If you do not have a panini grill you can add the butter to a frying pan or a cast iron skillet and warm it up that way using something heavy to seal it down like a grill press. When the butter is warmed up in the pan put the wrap folded side down to seal it off in hot pan. Grill for 1-2 mins on each side. Enjoy!
